As mentioned, 53% of respondents abandoned Android, as the cell phone stopped meeting their needs as the time of use advanced. With this, several problems arise, affecting the performance of the device in general.
What also encourages this exchange is the iPhone itself and the result of its new technologies, since 26% of respondents said they decided to adopt Apple devices because of the new features, such as better cameras and the ease of connection with the entire ecosystem. of brand.

About 15% opted for Apple precisely because cell phones have similar prices to Android and still meet consumer expectations, which did not occur frequently among users of the other system.
