Finally a new possibility for administrators of groups
Meta mentions in their newsroom that they want to give admins more control over privacy in their groups. This translates into a tool that allows you, as the group manager, to determine who joins the group.
So if you create a group and share it with multiple people, you’ll soon be able to choose who you let into the group and who not. Previously, anyone who had the appropriate link or bar code could simply join a group.
