Groupe Berkem wants to raise a minimum of 40 ME

(Boursier.com) – Groupe Berkem has launched its initial public offering (IPO) to Euronext Growth in Paris, with a capital increase of approximately 38 million pounds, which could be increased to 43.7 million pounds if the extension of the Article D ‘is completed exercised.

The initial offer amount is ME 40, which can be increased to approximately ME 52.6 if the extension clause and the overallotment option are fully exercised (including ME 8.9 on the sale of existing shares that do not provide funds additional).

The indicative price range of the offer is between 8.49 and 10.03 euros per share. Underwriting commitments of € 24.1 million were recorded from Danske Bank, DNCA, Lombard Odier, Lupus Alpha, Financière Arbevel, Hermitage Gestion Privée and P. Hottinguer & Cie. The subscription period runs until December 2 for individuals.

Groupe Berkem had 41 ME in trading volume in 2020 and an EBITDA margin close to 19%. The group has approximately 165 employees spread over its head office (Blancfort, Gironde) and 3 industrial plants located in Giardone (Dordogne), La Teste-de-Buch (Girond), Chartres (Eure et Loire).
