Anniek (35) from Groningen won 44,200 euros on Thursday afternoon in the radio game ‘Het Geluid’ by Qmusic.
The game, in which listeners have to guess which sound has been recorded, lasted more than six weeks this time with 417 incorrect answers. Anniek gave the correct answer: ‘tightening a mousetrap.’
After it became known that she was correct, she said that her husband had come up with the answer and that she wants to use the prize money for a holiday with her two children.
Last Monday, the jury gave a confusing hint: a man sawed a beam into pieces. Ultimately this referred to the song “Zagen, zagen, wiede, wiedewagen”, which features a mouse. This connection only became clear to the listeners afterwards.
