A few months ago, Ganchev was elected a member of the management board of “Petrol” AD and has already started to change the headquarters and management addresses of “Petrol” subsidiaries from Varna and Sofia to the city of Lovech. For example, on July 3, a change of the registered office of “Varna Storage” EOOD from the seaside town of Lovech was entered in the commercial register, and the company’s address is in the “Lovech” hotel, which is owned by Ganchev. According to people familiar with Grisha Ganchev’s affairs, his next goal was to acquire all the shares in “Litex Motors”, which company carries out his joint business with Vasilev, related to the production of “Great Wall” cars.
