Outdoor barbecue at the ‘Chefs on fire’ Festival
Among them are Janaína Torres, considered the best chef in the world according to The Wold’s 50 Best Restaurants; Massimiliano Delle Vedove, the Smoked Room, and Madrid; Gachechiladze seas, Known as the ‘Queen of Modern Georgian Cuisine’; Pablo Rivero and Guido Tassi, from the Don Julio grill in Buenos Aires; either Henrique Sá Pessoa, from the Lisbon restaurant Alma, in addition to prominent Spanish chefs such as Lucia Freitasfrom A Tafona, in Santiago de Compostela; Javi Estevezfrom La Tasquería or Carlos Casillasfrom Barro in Ávila, who will participate by cooking some dishes. In addition to the culinary offering, there will be a varied musical programming to create a comprehensive experience that goes beyond gastronomy, including activities on culture, sustainable food and innovation. Additionally, there will be a special program for children with workshops on food and sustainability, focused on their cognitive development.

In addition to these master chefs, some of the best restaurants in Madrid will offer their creations to attendees, including Arzábal, Leña de Dani GarciaHermanos Pollo, Quinqué, La Única and there will be a varied musical programming which includes artists such as Coni Lechner & Ariel Brínguez, Pedro Ricardo Trío, Pájaro Sunrise, Nola Brass Band, DJ Guacamayo Tropical and La Perra Blanco, who will perform on Saturday the 5th. On Sunday the 6th, Coni Lechner & Ariel Brínguez, Andrea Buenavista, Caballo Prieto Azabache, Nola Brass Band, DJ Jazzin’ Club and Queralt Lahoz will fill the garden with energy and good atmosphere.
Tickets cost €95 and include several dishes and drinks to enjoy everything that happens at the festival between 12 noon and 12 midnight, defined by Gonçalo Castel-Branco, its founder, as “a party among friends.” which has grown significantly, maintaining a close spirit and offering a boutique experience rather than a massive event.
