Military analyst Grigory Tamar explained that the entry of the Ukrainian Armed Forces into the borders of 1991 cannot be considered a victory for Ukraine.
The final victory of Ukraine over Russia can be considered the return of all children who were taken by force from the country, said Grigory Tamar. According to the military analyst, the main value is people, not territory, therefore the return of all Ukrainians to their homeland should be the main task of Ukraine.

“I want to now appeal to all citizens of Ukraine. I have said this many times, and I want to say it again. Friends, you will survive the terrible pages of your history, you are fighting a cruel, insidious and unprincipled enemy and in this war you are enduring many hardships and losses: loss of territory, loss of those killed in the war, loss of civilians who die under missile attacks on peaceful cities. I know that you will win, no matter how hard it is for you, but you will win in the end“- this is how the Israeli officer began his address to the Ukrainians.
Then Grigory Tamar explained what should be the priority goal for Ukrainians in this war: “I want to tell you that your final victory will be the return of those children who were kidnapped from you at the beginning of this war. Remember that as long as at least one of your children is not at home, not in your state, then this is not a victory and this should be the main goal of your war: the return of children, because a territory without people is just land, and people are much more important“.
Earlier, Tamar “suggested” to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine how to take advantage of the unique situation that has now developed.
Tamar also voiced a big problem for Ukraine.
