A Grez-Neuville, and March 2021, Health You Pilates was created by Celine Boisramé and Marine Delaunay. The association is oriented towards well-being and health.
It offers following sessions the pilates method for the muscle building profoundly responsible for posture.

Course supervision is provided by the Grez-Neuvillois Pablito Cabello, professional sports educator, federal graduate Prevention of chronic diseases through physical activity and sport.
he is also Pilates certified with the sensational Pilates school The d’Angers. The courses are adapted to the different participants.
The one-hour sessions will take place at local sports complex in the Entre-Deux hall during the day or in the evening.
