Badminton women’s doubles win, Greysia Polii and Apriyani Rahayu, in Tokyo Olympics is still a topic of discussion in the community, Mother. Now, the two field stars are often invited to attend various events and awards.
Recently Greysia Polii chat with Boy William, Mother. He also shared his feelings after winning the 2020 Tokyo Olympics yesterday.
Turns out, Greysia always carries her Olympic medal with her wherever she goes, Mother. This is to always remind him that he is a champion.
“I brought a medal, so I’m aware. That I became Olimpic champion,” he said seen from the canal YouTube Boy William, Thursday (26/8/2021).
Greysia also took out the medal that was previously in a black bag, Mother. Out of curiosity, Boy asked if the medal that Greysia got was really made of gold.
“This is real gold?” asked Boy William.
“This is the layer, it’s gold. But if it’s plastic in Japan, what kind of plastic does he make into medals,” said Greysia.
Although the medals obtained are not made of gold overall, but Greysia explained that the gold that covered the medal weighed 6 grams, here.
“The gold layer is (yes) yes. 6 grams is said to be 6 grams. The gold layer is 6 grams,” said Greysia.
After winning the world championship, Greysia is taking a break from the routine of training, Mother. Now, he is often invited by people to get appreciation.
“After the appreciation from the government, the private sector, and others, it must be attended. So it’s busy now,” he explained.
