The popular series of Grey’s Anatomy brought back the actor Patrick Dempsey for season 17 of the show with a surprising story and scenes. But, speaking of the actor, what was his career before the medical drama?

Patricl Dempsey He is a native of Lewiston, Maine, and is the youngest of three siblings. He was born on January 13, 1966, the son of an insurance agent William Allen Dempsey Y Amanda CassonDempsey, who was a school secretary.
The self-proclaimed “horrible student” battled dyslexia, a learning disability that makes reading difficult, if not impossible. You still have to memorize your scripts. Ironically, at St. Dominic’s Regional High School, Dempsey would learn the nonacademic skill that launched his acting career and by sheer chance.
Dempsey learned to juggle due to a power outage in the workshop class when his teacher asked the class who wanted to learn to juggle. Dempsey raised his hand. The teacher showed him the three-ball cascade that started it all.
After becoming a professional juggler, Dempsey went on to do theater, appearing in Harvey Fierstein’s Torch Song Trilogy and Neil Simon’s Brighton Beach Memoirs.

“That was my first job, juggling, and I went to Cleveland Ohio in 1983 and got second place in the International Youth Juggling Competition.”
There’s no evidence Dempsey does magic tricks yet, but he can still juggle, though he admits he’s not as good as he used to be.
Now after his appearances on Grey’s Anatomy season 17, Dempsey will return to American television as a ruthless investment banker in the European drama series. Devils for The CW soon.
