Looks like an intern is going to be leaving Gray Sloane Memorial Hospital … at least that’s what an episode of Gray’s Anatomy portends.

A character will bow out
Grey’s Anatomy is a very entertaining series for many of us. We have therefore been following these episodes since several years already.
However, we have seen a bunch of characters leave, to our dismay… If we have mourned it, new departures are to be expected.
So it looks like a character is going to bow out, to the chagrin of his fans. At least that’s what seems to be shown in a trailer delivered by ABC.
So we can see Jesse Williams, seeming to say goodbye to his peers. What to question us, as for the future of the series but especially of this intern of the memorial Gray Sloan Hospital.
A surprise departure for Jackson Avery, present in the series since 2009. Departure that we already teased last week, and which will take shape in season 17.
So we can only shed a small tear for this doctor too crisp that touching. The episode is scheduled for today in the United States… Never mind!
Grey’s Anatomy will therefore unveil the episode « Tradition », who will sign the end clap for Doctor Avery. Not surprisingly for those who are on the lookout for news on this subject.
Jesse Williams, the actor who plays his role, has also teased an excerpt on Instagram. Extract which mixes flashbacks and scenes from the next episode.
A priori, the doctor will be assigned to a completely different position, far from Meredith and the other characters in the series. So many emotions … We even see flashbacks, with April, her love interest.
After 12 seasons, Jackson Avery leaves the hospital, not without a touch of regret. It is therefore time to say goodbye to him… So many emotions.
In one of the excerpts, Meredith Gray, played by Ellen Pompeo seems moved by this departure. “I don’t want this to be a farewell”, did she say.

For his part, the actor of Grey’s Anatomy had also spoken about his departure. A departure which also seems to make him ache in the heart.
“As an actor, director, I had the incredible chance to learn so many things from so many people ”, he said to Deadline. How touching !
“I am very proud of our work, of our impact ”, he said of the Shonda Rhimes show. “And to be able to move forward with so many tools, opportunities, allies and dear friends.”
Here is a beautiful proof of love for this show, which gave him so much, learned so much. Krista Vernoff, his co-star will say that working with him for 11 years was a “Real gift”.
So much praise for Jesse Williams, who therefore bows out, after 12 seasons in total. This character with his beautiful flirtatious blue eyes will remain etched in the heart of his community.
