This Tuesday evening, as part of the quarter-finals of the Magnus Ice Hockey League play-offs, Grenoble and Angers validated their ticket for the semi-finals, after their fourth victory against Bordeaux and Chamonix.
It was Game 4 of the quarter-finals of the Magnus Ice Hockey League play-offs. And already two of these meetings are already folded. Indeed, this Tuesday evening, Grenoble won for the fourth time in as many games already played, against Bordeaux (3-2). However, in a tighter match than the previous three, it was the Bordelais who then scored first., through Canadian forward Louis Belisle. Finnish striker Jani Tuppurainen then French striker Sacha Treille then allowed the Grenoble residents to reverse the trend. These same Grenoble residents saw French striker Peter Valier offer them victory, after Canadian striker Louis Belisle equalized.
Rouen heavily beaten by Gap
For Angers, it is therefore also folded, with its fourth victory in as many meetings already disputed, against Chamonix (3-1). A victory acquired thanks to the French striker Maurin Bouvet, the Canadian defender Jerret Smith and the French striker Robin Gaborit, while Finnish striker Samuel Salonen had reduced the mark, but it was therefore not enough. Grenoble’s next opponent will be Cergy-Pontoise or Amiens. The two formations are tied (2-2), after the victory, this Tuesday evening, of Amiens (6-2). Finally, as the next opponent, Angers will be entitled to the winner of the duel between Rouen and Gap. Again, since Tuesday evening, these two formations are tied (2-2) after the victory of Gap (4-1).
