It’s a new concept downtown. On Saturday 3 December, the VIP team of the Brasserie welcomed its first customers in Grenoble.
The restaurant aims to become “the new trendy place” of the capital of the Alps.
“A nice place, class”
The VIP Brasserie, located at 22 boulevard Joseph-Vallier in Grenoble, is, according to one of Alan Puissat’s team members, “a classy and welcoming brasserie with a lounge atmosphere”.
Alan goes on to explain that the goal is to attract “a large clientele, but who don’t come jogging.”
No televisions are installed to watch the games. For the more revelers among you, fret not as the team promises animated eveningsespecially on Friday and Saturday nights.

- Tuesday: from 7:00 to 14:00 – from 17:00 to 22:00
- Wednesday: from 7:00 to 14:00 – from 17:00 to 22:00
- Thursday: from 7:00 to 14:00 – from 18:30 to 23:00

The restaurant does not want to “be a PMU bar”. The team informs us that there will be regular events with a DJ on Saturday nights.
Three types of restoration
Waiter, all in shirt standing, offers coffee in the morning. Starting at 12:00, customers are offered a dish of the day at the price of 12.80 euros, as well as a complete menu prepared by a “golden chef”.
As for pricing, it counts 22 euros for a beef carpaccio16 euros for an organic burger and 18 euros for gorgonzola/Saint-Marcelin/salmon ravioli.
In the evening it varies. Some nights it will be limited to tables, while on other nights a more extensive menu will be offered. Evenings that will take place in a place redesigned from A to Z and which retains “a Baroque style worthy of the architecture of Grenoble”, according to the VIP Brasserie team.
