Greg Tomb fired from Zoom

Video conferencing platform Zoom fired President Greg Tomb without explanation. His contract was abruptly terminated.

Immediately after the dismissal, the company’s shares flew down. It is known that Zoom is not currently looking for a new candidate for the position of the head.

However, the company said in a statement that Tomb will receive severance pay in accordance with the arrangements, which are paid for “leaving without reason.” Tomb has led Zoom since June 2022, reporting directly to CEO Eric Yuan.
