The Kiev region does not comply with the norms of the “green zone”, despite the fact that the region is maximally exempted from quarantine restrictions. Population testing does not cover the percentage provided by the Cabinet of Ministers.
This is evidenced by data on the website of the Ministry health care of Ukraine. The level of diseases in the Kiev region exceeds the maximum limit of 75 people per 100 thousand of the population.
“Today this level is 85 people. As for testing, in the Kiev region, instead of 300 procedures per 100 thousand of the population, only 275 are carried out. In other regions of the country, the norms are observed,” the Ministry of Health said.
