Agents of the Green Squad of the National Police captured two subjects identified as Denis Ludeña Malqui and Christian Cuéllar Luna, alleged members of the criminal gang “Los Perros Chinos de Canto Grande” dedicated to “racketing.”
In the operation, a firearm supplied with six bullets was seized. The detail is that the gun had previously belonged to a police officer.
The head of the Green Squadron, PNP Colonel Walter Palomino, reported that the subjects were captured aboard a motorcycle taxi. When trying to intervene, the criminals fled, a fact that aroused the suspicions of the officers.

After chasing them for more than five blocks, the Police managed to arrest them at bus stop 15 on Canto Grande San Juan de Lurigancho Avenue.
Denis Ludeña and Christian Cuéllar would have used the police officer’s weapon to rob passengers of public transport units in the area. They were transferred to the Criminal Investigation Department (Depincri) while the investigations are carried out.
