Green pass Italia, fines from 400 to 1000 euros for staff, including external ones, who will be found without the compulsory green certificate in schools and universities. And for workers who, in the RSA, have not respected the vaccination obligation. This is foreseen by the draft of the decree approved today in the Council of Ministers. The sanction will also be applied to managers and employers called to supervise by implementing controls.
Meanwhile, the Chamber has approved the bill converting the decree of 23 July 2021, n. 105, containing urgent measures to deal with the epidemiological emergency from Covid-19 and for the safe exercise of social and economic activities, the so-called “green pass decree”. All the majority groups expressed themselves in favor, including the League. There were 259 yeses, no 34, 2 abstained. The provision now goes to the Senate for final approval.
