A worker, a restaurateur, manager of the kiosk bar in the Oasi verde park, with 17 employees, 14 of whom on permanent contracts, young and almost all from Seriata, one morning, a few days ago, opens a pec and almost feels bad seeing a payment order of 55,248 euros
. It was sent by «San Marco spa» of Brugherio (Monza and Brianza), entrusted by the Municipality of Seriate with the collection of the single land occupation fee for the year 2022.
The «San Marco» refers to a report from the local police of Seriate which reveals the occupation of 374 square meters of public land: the area in front of the entrance to the business is occupied with 12 tables, and the area next to the kiosk occupied by 8 wooden tables, 15 plastic tables and chairs
. Taking into account «the data presented for land occupations, the payments made, the data in the municipal archives, the documentation produced by the taxpayer», «San Marco spa» issues an order for payment of 33,198 euros if paid within 60 days of the notification, of 55,248 over 60 days.
