Green Day took care of every detail of their presentation at the Corona Capital in Mexico City. From the beginning, when they performed “Bohemia Rhapsody,” Queen’s original song, they welcomed the entire festival audience that gathered on the main stage to see them. About ten minutes passed until all the fans were ready for the show and then a rabbit came out on stage.
A bottarga that, together with The Ramones song, began to turn on the audience, while everyone sang “Hey oh, Lets go, hey oh, Lets go”, once the audience was already attentive to what was happening on the stage, now it is Green Day appeared.
The drummer threw his drumsticks without anyone noticing, the fireworks greeted the audience, taking them by surprise and awakening by surprise all those who were still confused about something other than the show.

From that moment on everything was a party, the typical pushing, pulling, jumping on the part of the public. While Billie Joe Armstrong had fun almost indifferently, as if it were a routine for him, as if it were a picnic.
He danced, laughed, played with his voice like Mercury did, “Eeeeeo”, and the audience responded to him at the same rhythm, with the same intensity and duration, “Viva México”, was the first phrase that Billie dedicated and it was enough to turn on all his followers.
Then he let out the ranchero shout and the party continued between fire and rockets that emanated from behind the stage and excited the people, already completely immersed in the show, jumping, and throwing glasses still filled with beer.

The emotion reached such a point that Billie had to stop to safeguard her fans who were in front of the stage, because they were being suffocated by so many people and the desire to be close to the stage. Some fans just floated through the tumult out of sheer inertia.
“We want everyone to be well, we come to have fun, you are fine, a moment, let me see, wait,” said Armstrong.
And at that moment he brought his first fan on stage “Come here,” he said, “I want to give you a hug,” and while other fans demanded “I want one too,” the lucky fan still couldn’t quite believe that moment when she was already was being removed from the stage.

Billie continued moving her hips, while she put the guitar on the back of her head without stopping playing, causing laughter. Then he turned around, and in “Bulevard of broken dreams” he decided to test his second follower.
The vocalist gave her the microphone during the parnue chorus, she with all her nerves performed a segment of the song and running out of air he took back the microphone and the girl remained behind, while the artist sang for 70 thousand people.
To say goodbye, the band performed “21 Guns”, with the audience moving their hands from one side to the other, in community with the band, which disappeared between strobe lights.
