Greater Libreville: An awareness campaign on CTRI missions launched

Libreville, Monday October 16, 2023 (Infos Gabon) – The initiative launched last Saturday by the Young Republican Leaders in the first district of the Gabonese capital aims to better educate the populations on the objectives targeted by the Committee for the Transition and Restoration of Institutions.

The Collective of Young Republican Leaders (JLR) began last Saturday in the first district of Libreville an awareness campaign on the missions of the Transition Committee for the Restoration of Institutions (CTRI) for the benefit of young people in Greater Libreville.

Through this campaign, the initiators intend to explain the vision of President Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema to the youth of the capital. “We are in a new era and it was very important for us, Young Republican Leaders, to meet here to educate the youth of Greater Libreville on certain missions of the CTRI so that they know exactly what the missions are and what is what has been done and what needs to be done in the days to come,” said Steve Mbomba, general coordinator of the JLR.

According to the speaker, President Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema is part of a logic of outstretched hands towards all Gabonese men and women who love peace and forgiveness. “When we look at the current issues, you will notice that for 45 days that the head of state has been at the head of our country, there are reforms that have been announced and that he is leaving the floor to the act. Until today, we are practically at nearly 3,000 jobs which have been given for Gabonese people. He also announced 1,000 other young people who will be recruited into the national police force. This is really commendable, we must support them in these actions,” he emphasizes.

According to Steve Mbomba, the main mission of the CTRI concerns the restoration of the institutions of the Gabonese Republic. “And we say, we young Republican leaders, we firmly support the CTRI, headed by the leader of the Transition, General Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema for the continuity of our country,” launches the general coordinator of the JLR. After the first district of Libreville, the caravan is announced in others.
