Great things can be achieved through cooperation – A new gym was built in Kis Morgó Kindergarten in Kismaros – Dunakanyar Province

The Kis Morgó Óvoda in Kismaros is located in a beautiful environment, next to the banks of a stream, where children can play happily every day, everything they need is available. This idyll could be developed further, as the institution expanded, as the development of the natural environment and the material of the nursery was realized. The ceremonial closing ceremony of the project entitled TOP_PLUSZ-3.3.1-21-PT1-2022-00013, “Improvement of the natural and physical environment of Kis Morgó Óvoda Kismarosi” was held on April 24 at the site, where the Dr. Bence Rétvári, parliamentary secretary of state of the Ministry of the Interior, representative of the regional parliament, and Rudolf Neubauer, mayor of Kismaros, gave a ceremonial speech.

As part of the project – which cost almost 300 million HUF – the kindergarten was expanded with a new gymnasium and a special education room. In addition, the catering kitchen was changed, a new water block and staff room were built, and the roof structure of the old part of the building and the rear garden were also renovated. The old ice football field was moved to a new location in the garden.

At the treatment event, Mayor Rudolf Neubauer welcomed those present, including Dr. Bence Rétvári, member of parliament, deputy minister, the mayors of the surrounding settlements, the president of the German National Self-Government Kismaros, the contractors, the heads of the nursery school, the primary school, the representatives of the families, and at least not the people who lived in Liget Street, who patiently suffered the inconveniences connected with the construction.

The Member of Parliament Dr. Bence Rétvári confirmed: he is happy to come to this street, because several developments have already taken place here, and many things have been built in Kismaros in recent years. He spoke about increasing the salaries of teachers and kindergarten workers, and about the fact that Hungary is implementing hundreds of millions of forints of improvements without funds from the European Union, not only in Kismaros , but also in several cities of the Danube bend, together with the mayors who worked here, they were able to bring many things to success. With the developments, our environment is increasingly challenging – said Dr. Bence Rétvári – who also believes that it is important that children can be in a challenging environment in the nursery school. It is important to catch up with larger towns and cities, so the citizens of small towns do not feel disadvantaged, and they can also enjoy the proximity to nature, which means less pressure.

Dr. Bence Rétvári gave a detailed report on the developments that have taken place in Kismaros so far, and as he said, they are not over yet. In the past, the value of 1 billion 832 million of development was realized in Kismaros, the member of parliament concluded.

Mayor Rudolf Neubauer confirmed that in 10 years, 10 large projects worth HUF 5-7 billion have been implemented in the settlement alone, not to mention that the sector has developed just as dynamically, in which cooperation with the member of parliament plays its big role. He confirmed that if the opportunity arises, he would like them to continue working together.

“During the developments, the true characteristic of Kismaros can be seen – because we are in the most beautiful place in the world, in the bend of the Danube, by the Danube, in Börzsöny – and Kismaros had to make an important decision to do We decided to develop tourism, which fills a gap in the region and affects many cities. The developments in Kismaros mainly affect the basic infrastructure of the town, and we can also focus on tourism developments. And this is the HUF 400 million bid that won to build the bike path. We are very much looking forward to the decision on funding,” we heard from Mayor Rudolf Neubauer.
