“Great Music Awards 2023” presentation ceremony and concert at the Latvian National Opera. The ceremony was led by Anete Ashmane-Wilson and Ints Teterovskis. The live broadcast was hosted by Signe Lagzdiņa, with conversations with Jānis Šipkēvica, Katrina Paula Felsberg and Agnes Egliņa, Ilmāra Šlāpina, Maija Pavlova, Ilzi Kļava and Pēteri Vaska during the interval.
At the ceremony, awards were presented in seven categories, as well as the lifetime achievement award winners – composer Vilni Šmīdberg and pianist Arni Zandmani.
