VIENNA/MOSCOW – The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has sounded the alarm about a new nuclear incident during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. This time it was a Russian cruise missile that would have flown right past the nuclear power plant in Yuzhnoukrainsk a week and a half ago. It is not the first time that the aggressor has played Russian roulette with nuclear facilities in Ukraine.
