The great artist, Naglaa Fathi, filed a report against the owner of a wedding hall, accusing him of exploiting her name and pictures without referring to her.
Critic Atef Bishai revealed, in press statements, that Naglaa Fathi issued an official report against a person who owns a wedding hall, in which he used her name and pictures to promote her, indicating that she was surprised during the last period by exploiting her artistic name and placing her pictures on paper and posters of the hall, since 2019.
Bishai added that the lawyer of the great artist filed a report against “Muhammad MS”, the owner and manager of a hall called “Aton Naglaa Fathy”, in the tourist walkway in Bandar Fayoum, and I was surprised that the plaintiff put her name and personal photos on his propaganda published on the wedding hall via “Facebook”.
For his part, the artist’s lawyer, Naglaa Fathi, said in his lawsuit: “The matter represents a great insult to the artist’s name, in addition to the violation of these actions, which represent an abuse of social media, for all criminal and civil laws.”
