“We have a special “grey” list of actors who are not involved in studio projects, they are not released, like, say, Danila Kozlovsky, who is not banned,” – he noted to the expert.
He recalled that the artist managed to deny rumors about his emigration in court, but this did not help his career.
“He defended his rights in court, but at the same time he has not yet been removed and projects with him are frozen and put on the shelf,” – concluded Golubchikov.
As reported EADailyin one of the publications on his telegram channel last spring, the head of the Federal Project for Security and Corruption (FPBC) Vitaly Borodin name Kozlovsky as a “traitor,” confirming that he emigrated to the United States. The activist also appealed to the Prosecutor General’s Office with a request to investigate the artist’s statements for compliance with the article on disrespecting the Armed Forces of the RF, since, as Borodin said, no he expressed criticism of the special military operation.
Kozlovsky denied that he left, explaining that he visits his daughter regularly in the United States. The actor also noted that he does not have a second citizenship and still works at the Maly Drama Theater in St. Petersburg. The artist filed a lawsuit against Borodin to protect his honor and dignity, with the support of the court. Borodin appealed this decision, but the Presnensky Court in Moscow left the previous decision unchanged and the complaint undistributed.
On May 30 this year the court admitted information distributed by the head of the FPBC about the actor is false and discredits the dignity, honor and reputation of the business.
