Graphic designer Arvydas Brazdeikis imagined what a remake of the first The Witcher could look like. He shared his work on his personal Twitter page.
The artist showed an updated model of Geralt, improved inventory, interface, map and main menu. The enthusiast tried to combine the atmosphere of the first The Witcher with the design solutions of the CD Projekt RED studio from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
A remake of The Witcher 1 was announced in October 2022. The game is being developed on Unreal Engine 5, and its action will unfold in an open world. Its release will take place no earlier than 2025 – CD Projekt RED plans to release a remake after the fourth part of The Witcher.
