In that match, Arsenal, who had taken the lead through Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s goal, finally had to be satisfied with the final 1-1 result. Burnley’s reply came after Xhaka made a mistake in making a pass in the defensive area.
Moment Arsenal losing to Burnley at home in December, Xhaka received a red card. Meanwhile in 2019, the Swiss international midfielder lost his position as captain The Gunners after falling out with supporters at the Emirates Stadium.
