Halvor Egner Granerud took another World Cup victory on Sunday when he won the race in American Lake Placid.
The Norwegian landed at 125 meters in the first half and thus had the longest jump of the half.

In the final round, he again stood as the system man on the ground and delivered a solid jump of 134 metres.
– It is a complete playground with the competitors, said Viaplay commentator Petter Tenstad.
German Andreas Wellinger was second with a final jump of 130 metres, while Stefan Kraft from Austria was third.
Wellinger was 11.5 points behind Granerud, while Kraft was 12.3 points behind the Norwegian.
– This is the hill I have jumped the most this winter, and I have struggled to get to the run-up here. But during the super team competition yesterday it got better and better. I capitalized on that today, says Granerud in an interview with the organizer that was shown on Viaplay.
The rival lost ground
At the same time, the Norwegian’s biggest rival in the World Cup, Polish Dawid Kubacki, did not get it to vote on Sunday.
He was number 13 after the first round. The Pole jumped up quite a bit in the second half, but had to settle for seventh place. Kubacki was as much as 25.5 points behind the Norwegian winner.
Of the other Norwegians, Marius Lindvik was number eleven, Kristoffer Sundal number 20 and Johann André Forfang number 23.
