The Cyclo Sport Thionvillois remains faithful to July 14 for the 73rd edition of the Grand Prix de la Ville de Thionville, which will therefore be held this Friday. The event is reserved for Open 3, Access 1, 2, 3 and 4 runners, with a maximum of 100 runners on the starting line. Participants will go through a turnstile in the city center with a length of 1,200 meters, to be looped 60 times for a total of 72 km.
Among the forty runners already registered, the Ardennais Jérémy Burton (Charleville-Mézières), winner of the Thionville semi-nocturne in the past, is a favorite, like the president of Sarrebourg Marc Thiems, always formidable in the event of arrived in the sprint, the Alsatian Florian Streiff and the VC Tucquegnieux rider Sébastien Legand.
Entrants will take Boulevard du XX Corps, Passage du Temple, Avenue Clemenceau, Quai Pierre-Marchal, Quai Creuser, Avenue Raymond-Poincaré, Avenue du Cygne and then reach the finish. Departure at 3 p.m.
