Le Greater Paris, with its assets endowed with an excellent geographical / rental situation and a strong potential, is a strategic axis of development of the Société de la Tour Eiffel. We are dedicated to the Metropolis with the ambition to increase the share of our heritage from 75% today to 80% in this highly attractive space.
Our implementation strategy is to select poles dynamic tertiary or strong business parks, in first and second crowns, and served by efficient and adapted public transport, while seizing opportunities with high potential. We aim for a harmonious and concentrated establishment to best serve our tenants and the spaces in which we invest. For this, we can count in particular on a strategy in phase with the Grand Paris project, a long-term culture, an ability to build robust partnerships and to act on the entire real estate cycle.
