Grand Chase is about to be officially released on Steam. A few weeks after the arrival of the Closed Beta, the official account revealed that the game will be available globally to players from midnight on the turn between Tuesday (27th) and Wednesday (28th) here in Brazil.
The characters available at the start will be Elesis, Lire, Arme and Lass. The others will arrive in future updates. See the official announcement below, posted on Twitter.

The official release was previously scheduled for August, but apparently plans have changed and the arrival of the classic version has been brought forward.
Grand Chase was released in Brazil in 2006 by Level Up!, but had the servers deactivated in 2015.
