Granby citizens are invited to vote for one of the four finalist projects for the 2024 edition of the participatory environmental budget.

The competition aims to promote democratic collaboration with the Granby population and innovative environmental initiatives.

Among the projects, we find the improvement of a riparian strip, a micro-forest using the Miyawaki method, an observation platform on Lake Boivin on the edge of the Lemieux reservoir and the development of a rain garden in a parking lot municipal.

Citizens have until Friday October 25 to cast their vote via the official website of the City of Granby.

The winner of the vote will be able to benefit from a grant of up to $50,000 to get their project underway.
