“Thank you for your continued support and feedback on Gran Turismo® 7, your voices have not gone unanswered. I would like to apologize for the frustration and confusion caused by last week’s updates, which resulted in not only server downtime but also changes to the game economy that were implemented without a clear explanation from our community. “
Yamauchi reported that players who have suffered losses as a result of the modifications will receive a free credit package worth 1 million Cr. The prize will soon go to the accounts of racing enthusiasts.
The next patch will be available in early April. The developers will provide more events (including eight new one-hour endurance races) and an increase in the number of used and legendary cars available. The team will introduce a higher limit of unpaid loans in players’ wallets from 20 million Cr. up to 100 million Cr., but most of all it will refine and increase the rewards obtained in the struggle.
“To improve the player experience, we will be making a major tweak in early April. The number of events will be increased and the reward system will be restored with more balance throughout the game for the benefit of all players. “
What’s more, from now until the end of April, there will be some additional fixeswhich take into account new cars, tracks and will include several other amenities.
The studio is working on the next aspects of the game, including Increasing the value of reward payouts for limited game time, adding more World Circuit competitions and endurance races, introducing online time trials and the possibility of selling cars, but so far does not specify specific dates for the changes.
