Update 1.29 of Gran Turismo 7 is one of the most important in its first year of racing as it introduces compatibility with virtual reality, thanks to PSVR2, and even adds Gran Turismo Sophy, super-competitive artificial intelligence.
Starting today, after installing the update and putting Gran Turismo 7 on v1.29 you will still have the return of Grand Valley with Highway 1 in an updated version. It’s a new circuit where you can race with existing cars or with one of the 4 new ones.
Honda RA272 ’65, Italdesign Exeneo Vision Gran Turismo, Citroën DS 21 Pallas ’70 and the Porsche 911 Carrera RS (901) ’73 are the new machines within your reach. These cars will be available for purchase at the dealership.
As mentioned, one of the biggest news is Gran Turismo Sophy, in the PS5 version. This artificial intelligence has been prepared for highly competitive racing and is available in the “Gran Turismo Sophy Race Together” mode to challenge the best of the best.
Temporarily available until the end of March, this mode lets you race against GT Sophy on 4 circuits and the difficulty can be adjusted according to your player level.
