Four and a half months it took the investigators to search for the missing teacher of chemistry at the Voronezh State University Vyacheslav Kuznetsov. He disappeared without a trace on the night of March 5, and his dismembered body was found on July 10 in chemical-filled containers on the balcony of the apartment, which was rented by a friend of a graduate student of the same department of Voronezh State University.
The murder, according to TFR, occurred in the apartment of a 57-year-old professor on Krasnoarmeyskaya Street. The last person he spoke to on the phone was a sister. The scientist was about to sleep, but then the doorbell rang. A 33-year-old graduate student and his 30-year-old friend stood on the threshold, but it was not the aspects of scientific work that came to discuss them at all. Kuznetsov did not have time to utter a word, as a rag soaked in chloroform was on his face.
After the professor lost consciousness, the comrades tied his hands and feet, and rushed to the computer: it was not difficult for them to transfer 1.5 million rubles from the accounts of the doctor of chemical sciences. The accomplices overdone – Kuznetsov did not survive the “acquaintance” with the chemical solution. The graduate student disassembled the body with a friend and transferred it to a rented apartment in several entrances, where they arranged a burial ground: the parts were sorted into containers and filled with a mixture of chlorine and hydrochloric acid. Then they were discovered by investigators.
The suspects were detained, but only a friend of a graduate student pleaded guilty. They will wait for the vessels in the isolation ward.
