The preparations made by laying down the Turkish flag along the Istiklal Street, which is planned to be circulated within the scope of the Bayram celebrations and which is a thousand meters long, with Atatürk’s posters on it, caused a great reaction from the citizens.
The flag, over which some vehicles on the street passed, was seized after a while.
Citizens reacted to the images in social media and some press organs. It was reported that a judicial and administrative investigation was initiated in order to determine the persons who had a dry body in the incident. (DHA)
