A number of governors have arrived in East Kalimantan (Kaltim) to attend activities at the zero point of the national capital (IKN) with President Joko Widodo (Jokowi). The governors who have arrived include West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil, Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo, South Sumatra Governor Herman Deru, and West Papua Governor Dominggus Mandacan.
The moment the governors arrived at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Airport, Balikpapan, was published by the East Kalimantan Provincial Government through its official Instagram account, @pemprov_kaltim, as seen detik.com, Sunday (13/4/2022) at 16.05 WIB. Apart from the governor, a number of deputy governors have arrived in East Kalimantan.
The moment of the arrival of the governors and deputy governors was published through several posts. Photos and videos of their arrival were uploaded on the East Kalimantan Provincial Government’s Instagram account.

From the photos and videos uploaded, the governors and deputy governors were greeted by the ranks of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government officials when they arrived at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Airport. They were also given souvenirs typical of East Kalimantan.
The governors also brought water and soil from their respective regions. Later, the water and soil will be collected in one container and will be stored at IKN Nusantara.

As is known, all governors in Indonesia were invited by President Jokowi to come to the zero point of IKN Nusantara. They were also asked to bring water and soil from their respective areas.
At the zero point of IKN, a Kendi Nusantara ritual will be held, in which the jug stores all the water and soil brought by the governors from their respective regions. The event will be held tomorrow.
President Jokowi himself will camp at the zero point of IKN Nusantara. President Jokowi will camp tomorrow until Tuesday (15/3).
