The governor of Aguascalientes, Tere Jiménez, attended the inauguration of the Infonavit Services Fair, held yesterday, in which more than 60 stands of various services inherent to the topic of social housing were placed on the J. Pani walkway.
The event brought together agencies from the three levels of government, housing providers and public services to facilitate people’s access to their own assets.
The governor recalled that the Institute of Security and Social Services for Public Servants of the State of Aguascalientes (ISSSSPEA) and the Institute of the National Housing Fund for Workers (INFONAVIT) have an agreement to support public servants in the acquisition of living place.
“This scheme allows a person who worked in the private sector to take the savings from their accounts to the ISSSSPEA, and thus access a mortgage loan; This is possible thanks to the coordination we have between the different levels of government,” said Tere Jiménez.
During this fair, the State Government installed modules from the Ministry of Finance (SEFI) and the Institute of Social Housing and Property Planning (IVSOP) to provide information and guidance on the different services they offer to citizens.
Finally, Claudio Lozano Jáuregui, in charge of the Aguascalientes Regional Delegation of Infonavit, reported that on this day there were more than 60 stands from real estate developers, notaries, payment solutions agencies, appraisers, local companies, as well as agencies from the three levels of government.
