“We are going to be stricter to assess who can get the permit. Generally everyone had a certificate, what happens is that many times they had taken it out and were not doing this activity, “he explained.

“At the train stations, the Gendarmerie and the Federal Police will be controlling the certificates,” he stressed.

“It seeks to facilitate and increase the possibilities of control. We are going to do the same in bus networks that have a large number of passengers,” he said.

“There are harsh penalties for those who violate the quarantine because doing so violates an affidavit, which is a crime. In the case of those who travel and do not have a certificate, there will naturally be a series of sanctions with strong application, “he said.

“It seems to me that people moved because there were activities to move. As these activities are restricted, movement also decreases,” he said.
