“Basically all the activities that were enabled after the first decree stop. We think that without those activities the risk of contagion in the circulation of people will decrease”, Meoni considered in radio statements.
The minister also argued that workers “authorized by the Ministry of Productive Development” to carry out their activities may carry out their tasks, but “will not be empowered to use public transport”, so the transport of said people will be carried out by the company that employs them.
