The Government Secretariat, through the Undersecretariat for Political and Social Development, headed by its head, Eric Gudiño Torres, by instruction of Governor Mauricio Kuri, signed an agreement to comply with the donation procedures in favor of the Sociedad Cooperativa de Production Tzibantzá, represented by Antonia Biais Trejo and as a witness, the representative of the Agrarian Attorney’s Office in Querétaro, Hugo Edgardo Delgado Altamirano.
The purpose of the document is to guarantee the completion of the necessary procedures for the donation of the properties to the Tzibantzá Production Cooperative Society, requested from the State Government in the past administration. Among the agreements, both parties promised to carry out the pertinent actions in order to carry out the requested donation. With this, timely attention is given to the social conflict that existed between the Cooperative and the State Government, regarding the property where the Hotel “El Anzuelo” is located, in the community of Tzibantzá, in the municipality of Cadereyta.
