Government Relief Measures Mitigate Effects of Devaluation in Argentina’s Economy

The head of Anses Río Cuarto, Darío Peralta, told Puntal.

As reported by this newspaper, the Ministry of Economy of the Nation, headed by Sergio Massa, took a series of relief measures to mitigate the effects of the devaluation in the pockets of Argentines.

Among them, it granted loans of up to $400,000 with a subsidized rate of 50% annually by the national State, which can be returned in 24, 36 or 48 installments.

In the local Anses, 800 loans have been processed so far, of which the first 400 will be accredited this week, Peralta reported.

The Government also gave bonuses of 94 thousand pesos for informal workers, to be paid in two installments of 47 thousand pesos.

Starting tomorrow, the first of the two installments will begin to be collected, depending on the completion of the DNI, Peralta reported.

The schedule is as follows:

– DNI ending in 0, 1 and 2: Monday, October 9.

– DNI ending in 3, 4 and 5: Tuesday, October 10.

– DNI ending in 6 and 7: Wednesday, October 11.

– DNI ending in 8 and 9: Thursday, October 12.

Peralta: “I want to highlight the collaboration of all the Anses work teams that work to provide solutions to the beneficiaries who come to queue.”

Economía also provided contributions to retirees, in order to also help them in the context of the critical situation that is being experienced in the country and that has repercussions on the province.

“I want to highlight the collaboration of all the Anses work teams that work to provide solutions to the beneficiaries who come to queue every day,” concluded Peralta.
