Morelia, Michigan, (OEM – Infomex).- Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla, Governor of Michoacán, and Víctor Manuel Villalobos Arámbula, head of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Government of Mexicothey started the delivery of free fertilizer to producers in the state.
In total, fertilizer will be distributed to about 70 thousand 721 farmers, this thanks to an investment of 560 million pesos. The president took advantage of the moment to ask the beneficiaries not to resell the fertilizer.
“This delivery will help you reduce your costs, improve the field and avoid the import of transgenic corn, so I invite you not to resell it and to use it properly,” said Ramírez Bedolla.
Likewise, the governor thanked the president for his support. Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador for the support to enter the Fertilizers for Well-being program, and announced that the federation invested 220 million dollars to promote the Fertinal plant by Lázaro Cárdenas.
With this investment, the company increased the production of fertilizer that this day began to be distributed among the producers.
For his part, Victor Manuel Villalobos Arámbula, indicated that with this delivery there will be a benefit of 131 thousand 892 hectares of basic food production in Michoacán. just in Contepec, there will be 2,283 beneficiaries from 37 localitiess.
