The Executive Power issued an emergency decree to create the National Register of Universal Vaccination against covid-19 within the framework of the sanitary emergency, whose consolidation, preparation, supervision, protection, protection, administration and management is in charge of the Ministry of Health (Minsa).
The norm indicates that the National Register of Universal Vaccination against covid-19 is an administrative data bank owned by the Minsa, which consolidates and systematizes information from public entities of the three levels of government, as well as organizations from the private sector.
Said national registry is constituted, in a non-limiting manner, with the information provided, at the request of the Minsa, by the following data bank holders:

b. National Office of Electoral Processes
c. National Registry of Identification and Civil Status
d. National Police of Peru
and. Joint Command of the Armed Forces
F. General Corps of Volunteer Firefighters of Peru
g. Peruvian Red Cross
h. Clinics and Private Health Centers
i. Supervisory Agency for Private Investment in Telecommunications
j. National Penitentiary Institute
k. Ministry of Education
l. National Superintendency of Higher Education
m. culture Ministry
n. Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations
or. Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion
p. Private sector organizations
q. Regional Governments
r. Local governments
s. Public Agencies Attached to the Ministry of Health
t. National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration
The legal device indicates that the Minsa approves, by means of a Ministerial Resolution, the aforementioned registry in accordance with the National Vaccination Plan against covid-19, within a maximum period of five business days from the entry into force of this Emergency Decree.
The National Register of Universal Vaccination against covid-19 can be updated by the Minsa, in which case the aforementioned data bank holders must provide the information requested by the Minsa within a maximum period of three business days from its request.
To finance the creation and management of the National Register of Universal Vaccination against covid-19, a transfer of 12 million 315,320 soles is authorized in favor of the Ministry of Health, charged to the resources of the Contingency Reserve of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
