Government Council: Ouahbi presents a bill on alternative sentences

The Minister of Justice, Abdellatif Ouahbi, presented before the Government Council held Thursday in Rabat, under the chairmanship of the Head of Government Aziz Akhannouch, the draft law n ° 43.22 relating to alternative sentences.

Speaking at a press briefing at the end of the Council, the Minister delegate to the Head of Government in charge of relations with Parliament, government spokesperson, Mustapha Baïtas, explained that in order to deepen discussions around this bill, it was decided to create a commission chaired by the Head of Government, Mr. Akhannouch and composed of the various parties concerned with a view to presenting the said bill at a future meeting of the Council of the government.
