Starting in July, there are reductions in tolls for class 1 and 2 vehicles.
In the same month they pay the first seven days, after the 8th and until the 15th, drivers have a 20 percent discount.
From the 16th day until the end of the month, the discount rises to 40 percent.

The government also promises support for entrepreneurs who create quality employment in the interior.
The discount regime that currently exists for the transportation of
goods, it is now, with the new ordinance, extended to the transportation of
passengers.
If until now the discounts were 30 percent during the day and 50 percent at night, there is now an increase of five percentage points in both situations.

According to government accounts, for those who do, for example,
route between Bragança and Vila Real, can represent savings of
almost 50 euros a month.
The reduction aims to bring the interior regions of the country closer to the coast and includes the following links:
• A22 – Algarve
• A23 – IP
• A23 – Beira Interior
• A24 – North Interior
• A25 – Beira Litoral and Beira Alta
• A28 – Norte Litoral
• A4 – AE sub-concession from Trás-os-Montes
• A4 – Marão Tunnel
• A13 and A13-1 – Pinhal Interior sub-concession
The A28 and A22 are the only ones on the coast covered, for lack of alternatives.
This is one of the measures that the government will take to the Council of Ministers in Bragança, and had already been announced by Ana Abrunhosa in the Assembly of the Republic, on January 24th.

Those who live in the interior will have a discount on tolls and the discounts are extended to those who visit at the weekend, said the minister.
The new toll discount model for the interior of the country foresees
discounts for those who live, for those who work and for those
weekend visit.
Three Ministries – Territorial Cohesion, Infrastructure and Finance – studied these new toll discounts.
