MK Tali Gottlieb was kicked out of the National Security Committee after clashes with MKs from Yesh Atid – and claimed that the US weakened the State of Israel in the war
MK Tali Gottlieb of the Likud was removed from the National Security Committee room today (Wednesday), after accusing that the Americans had harmed Israel in the ‘Iron Swords’ war and that the US had weakened the State of Israel.
During the discussion, an argument developed between MK Ron Katz from the Yesh Atid party and the Likud party, who said: “The leader of your party left Ofer Kasif here.”
Ron Katz: “The head of my party in the US – repairs the damage you do”.
Gottlieb: “The United States is not a friend of Israel”.
Ron Katz: “You are not a friend of Israel with these statements”.
Earlier, MK Gottlieb called MK Merav Ben Ari from Yesh Atid a “squealer” and said: “Merav Ben Ari’s barbaric style cannot be tolerated.”
