“I just received a message from Jensen yesterday that Nvidia now wants to further support the development of Sahabat-AI,” Patrick shared during his address at the Indonesia PE-VC Summit on Thursday, January 16.

The project also involves partnerships with AI Singapore and Tech Mahindra, alongside contributions from leading Indonesian universities such as the University of Indonesia, Gadjah Mada University, Bandung Institute of Technology, and Bogor Agricultural Institute.
Media groups like republika and Kompas Gramedia are also playing a pivotal role in optimizing Sahabat-AI to reflect the local context and cultural relevance.
