Gothic is an action RPG that almost everyone here knows. The story of a nameless hero walking through the game world under a magical dome enjoys unprecedented popularity in our meadows and groves. That is, its original variation currently presented under the name Gothic Classic. If you are among the fans of this work, we have excellent news for you. The legendary title will return in improved version on Nintendo Switch. Basically, you can look forward to a piece freed of most of the original bugs and also modified controls for consoles. For example, NPCs will no longer attack with weapons if they do not have them in their inventory. Similarly, guards of important objects will no longer be fooled by drawing a weapon.
And when will the gates of this dark world actually open? Gothic Classic will arrive on Nintendo Switch on September 28, 2023.
