So developer Rocksteady is now using his universe Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. In addition to the Suicide Squad, which is now the focus instead of Batman, the location is also relocated, so the plot no longer takes place in Gotham, but in Metropolis.
The players can slip into the roles of Harley Quinn, Captain Boomerang, Deadshot or King Shark. The group was given a rather difficult task. So they should stop the Justice League, which has apparently come under the control of a foreign power.
Even in the case of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League a co-op is announced again, which enables a joint play through of the story with friends. However, some time will pass before the release. The game is announced for the year 2022 and should appear on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and PC.
