Király’s former holiday home in Ráckeve was listed on one of the real estate portals last fall, but despite the fact that it stands in a beautiful and peaceful environment, no one wants to buy it yet.
The weekend house, which was also a kind of hideout for Jimmy, is located on the largest island of the Danube branch in Soroksár and is only accessible by boat.
The 75 square meter house is for sale with all the equipment, so far they are asking almost HUF 50 million for it. In addition, even the 4-meter boat needed to cross the river is included in the purchase price, the announcement says.
But despite the many attractive features, the “cottage” does not have a new owner to this day. Why?
The advertisement indicates that it is a very simple wooden house that is covered from the outside. The other feature that is not very favorable is that “the water from the drilled well installed on the property can be used for washing and washing dishes”, i.e. the t -water brought into the house…
Unsurprisingly, although interested people are attracted by the beautiful surroundings, when they find out that they have to walk 300 meters to the nearest well, they get upset.
So the Zámbó family recently decided to lower the purchase price – writes Ripos in his article. The newspaper found that instead of the previous 49.9 million forints, the King’s hideout is now being sold for 46.9 million forints, that is, 3 million forints have been reduced from the price.
It is not known whether this discount will interest property hunters, but with the arrival of summer, the holiday house market will definitely pick up, and someone will be looking at Jimmy Zámbó’s old hideout .
